Safety TipsCaversham Health Club by iST Fitness was created by Isaac Smith Tibby and Sophie Melton.
It all started when Isaac set up his personal training business back in 2012. Fast forward a few years, he met Sophie who at the time was running her own pilates and fitness business. Together they joined forces and set up their first fitness studio in Caversham offering bespoke personal training, group training, fitness & pilates classes whilst creating a fun uplifting fitness community.
Their goal was always to expand and build on their already thriving fitness business and offer more services from a larger facility that they could design from scratch and create the perfect environment for their members. When the opportunity arose to take over the former Caversham Centre building, they knew it was a big task considering the state it was in, alongside the fact that we were in the middle of a global pandemic but they pushed through and spent a year designing and developing what is now Caversham Health Club.
